Abstract: The science of sports training contains many branches that the researcher tried to reveal its facts to serve the trainees and reach them to the most successful and most appropriate methods for their ability, so new methods and methods of sports training emerged, and these methods include the method of training with hypoxic – hypoxic – interest has emerged in the training method With breathing control (hypoxic training), as many researchers and specialists have studied this method, especially in swimming and athletics, as these exercises rely on not using the oxygen system to develop various physiological features among players, which shows the importance of such a A type of training in upgrading the level of athletic performance, and as such, the researcher found that the 50-meter butterfly races of short-distance races that depend on the speed factor and the swimmer’s ability to produce anaerobic energy which are performance requirements in those races, and training with hypoxia (hypoxic) is The most important training methods that are used to achieve this requirement.
The aim of the research is to: Preparation of exercises with a hypoxic method for 50 meter swimmers in the youth class, in addition to identifying the effect of exercises with a hypoxic method in the development of some physiological capabilities and speed of performance for 50 meter butterfly swimmers. While the research hypotheses were: There are significant differences between the results of pre- and post-measurement of the variables under study among the members of the control group and in favor of the results of post-measurement. There are significant differences between the results of the pre- and post-measurement of the variables under study among the members of the experimental group and in favor of the results of the post-measurement. The researcher used the experimental method using the equivalence groups (for two experimental groups and control groups) to suit the nature of the research. The research community has been identified from the 50-meter butterfly swimmers belonging to the Musayyib Sports Club for the 2018/2019 season. The research sample was chosen randomly from the total of the research community for young members of the 50-meter butterfly swimming team. One of the most important conclusions that the researcher came out is the presence of statistically significant differences in favor of the dimensional measurements of the experimental group in the physiological variables under study and the swimming performance time of 50 meters butterfly.
