The effect of exercises according to anaerobic endurance in developing some special physical abilities of
young players (16-18 years) in football

Abstract: Football is one of the most interesting and exciting games in most countries of the world, and it attracts a large number of followers, fans and practitioners, and has become the way of life of many people of the world and its contribution in the fields of political, economic, cultural and social life.

The study aimed to prepare exercises according to anaerobic endurance for young football players (16-18) years of football, and to identify the effect of (physical) exercises according to special anaerobic endurance in developing some physical abilities of young players (16-18) years of football.

The researchers used the experimental approach to suit the research problem, and also selected a sample of his research from the 20 players in the Army Sports Club for the youth category, and they were divided into two equal groups, the control group and the experimental group, and the number of members of each group reached (10) players, and after the use of the masters. Experts and specialists in the field of football, the appropriate physical abilities were chosen for the study and their tests were nominated, as well as the validity of the prepared exercises developed by the researchers and their suitability for the target group.

In light of the results, the researchers recommend emphasizing the use of exercise according to anaerobic endurance and giving it great importance during training units in the period of special preparation and competitions, due to its importance in developing some physical abilities for young players (16-18) years in football, and the need to gradually train and develop some physical abilities. Youth players (16-18) years of football in order to reach the highest intensity and time possible during the special preparation stage, and to preserve it during the competition stage and to amend what is necessary. The exercises affected positively and clearly in the development of some physical abilities of the experimental group, and the suggested exercises achieved a clear improvement in the experimental group.
