Abstract: The importance of the research lies in revealing the effect of HIIT exercises on polycystic ovaries, hormones (LH, FSH, and estrogen) among participants in order to provide information or scientific facts and accurate indicators of those effects, which can be of help to workers in the field of sports training and support what has been extracted Information related to the influence of physical fitness and health and the accompanying hormonal changes. The researchers believe that the active and active use of exercise as a method of physical, physiological and hormonal balance, which prompted the researchers to think about this study in order to know the effect of HIIT exercises on polycystic ovaries and the response to hormone levels (LH, FSH,) and estrogen as an indicator of health status in women Ages (25-30) years. The aim of the research was to prepare HIIT exercises and their effect on polycystic ovaries, hormones (LH FSH,) and estrogen for female participants in gyms aged (25-30) years, and to identify the effect of HIIT exercises on polycystic ovaries, hormones (LH FSH,) and estrogen for female participants in Gyms at the age of (25-30) years.
The researchers used the experimental method (and by designing the two equal groups) for its suitability to the nature of the research problem. The research community was determined in a deliberate way and represented the research community of participants in gyms at ages (25-30), as the research sample was selected with a number of (16) participants and (2) were excluded Participants for the exploratory experiment and by dividing the sample of the research individuals into two groups (experimental and control) and the distribution was (5) participants for each group. ) using the auxiliary tools, and after obtaining the results were processed statistically.
The researchers concluded the effect of HIIT exercises prepared by the researchers in reducing the percentage of polycystic ovaries, hormones (FSH, LH) and estrogen among female participants in the gyms.
The researchers recommend the necessity of paying attention to HIIT exercises and working on developing training curricula based on these exercises in gyms because of their importance in some hormones.
