Abstract: The research consisted of four chapters, as the first chapter included an introduction to the research, its importance and the research problem. As for the research problem, despite the great interest in taking into account the individual differences between students in the classroom, we find that most teachers use the same teaching methods in teaching learners and students, and this in turn does not It takes into account the principle of individual differences and diversity and addressing their intelligence, and all of the foregoing affects the development of their thinking skills in general and thinking in particular, and this is not far from our curricula. These strategies are a strategy of gradual activities, which adopts the concept of exercises among learners, and that learners are not equal in levels of knowledge, skill, mental aspect and comprehension. As for the objectives of the research, it was included in identifying the effect of using the gradual activities strategy according to complex skill exercises in acquiring skill performance in free swimming for ages (10-12). Experimental and control group in acquiring skill performance in free swimming for ages (10-12) years. As for the second chapter, if the researcher used the experimental method for its suitability to the nature of the problem. As for the research community and its sample, the research community was determined by a deliberate method, and they are the (20) students of the Specialized School for Swimming, who are (20) learners, and (4) were excluded from being among the exploratory sample and (8) for the experimental sample. (8) for the control sample. As for the third chapter, it included presentation, analysis and discussion of the results reached by the researcher and supporting them with scientific sources that confirm the results. As for the fourth chapter, it was from the conclusions and recommendations. The researcher concluded the effectiveness of the gradual activities strategy in acquiring the skillful performance of free swimming for ages (8-10) years. The researcher also concluded that the educational units prepared by the researcher have a positive effect on learning free swimming for ages (8-10) years. As for the recommendations, the researcher recommends the need to use the Barman educational model in acquiring the skill performance of free swimming for ages (10-12) in teaching other age groups. The researcher also recommends the necessity of using the Barman model in teaching other sporting activities (basketball, volleyball, fencing and other sporting activities).
