Although modern football strategies emphasize team play, the individual abilities and skills of players and their proper tactical decisions in game situations are fundamental to collective offensive play. This is because individual offensive play plays a significant role in the success of team play, which in turn allows players to reach the opponent's goal successfully and score. Ultimately, this depends on the player's efficiency in performing technical and tactical duties during the match. Therefore, the researcher decided to study it and identify its impact on the match outcome. The researcher used the descriptive survey method on a sample consisting of eight teams, which represent the teams. The four teams that were eliminated in the first round and the four teams that reached the semifinals played 23 matches in the Euro 2016 tournament out of a total of twenty-four, forming a percentage of 45.098% of the original research population. Twenty-three matches out of a total of 51 matches were analyzed, and the teams included in the research were Russia, Ukraine, the Czech Republic, Austria, Portugal, France, Germany, and Wales. In light of the analysis and discussion of the results, the researcher concluded the following: 1. The teams that reached the semifinals had an advantage in all variables (means of executing offensive tactical performances) over the teams eliminated in the first round of the Euro Championship. 2.There is a result of outstanding performance among the teams that reached the semifinals, as they were the best in all variables of (offensive tactical performance) compared to the teams eliminated in the first round of the 2016 UEFA European Championship. The researcher recommended the following: 1. Benefiting from the research results in the training process and focusing on those variables that global teams focused on. 2. Training on the offensive tactical performances of teams through similar training situations. 3. Coaches should focus on all offensive plans by concentrating on individual and collective movements, movements with and without the ball, especially in youth training to create a base of distinguished players.
