Research Objectives:
1. To prepare special exercises to develop explosive strength aimed at improving the snatch performance of Greco-Roman wrestlers that are suitable for the research sample.
2. To identify the impact of special exercises to develop explosive strength on the snatch performance of Greco-Roman wrestlers.
Research Hypotheses:
1. Special exercises to develop explosive strength have a positive effect on the snatch performance of Greco-Roman wrestlers.
Research Fields:
Human Field: Advanced category wrestlers from Al-Hudood Club.
Temporal Field: The period from 2019/8/21 to 2020/2/2.Spatial field: Hall of Al-Hudood Sports Club. The experimental method was used, and the research sample was selected from the wrestlers of Al-Hudood Sports Club. The results of the tests proved the validity of the training program followed in the research and its effectiveness in influencing the holds under study. It was recommended to adopt the quick strength exercises prepared by the researcher to develop the skill variables for Greco-Roman wrestlers.
