Research Objectives:
1. To prepare exercises based on certain kinematic variables to develop the level of achievement in high jump that are suitable for the research sample.
2. To identify the impact of exercises based on certain kinematic variables on the level of achievement in high jump.
Research Hypotheses:
1. Exercises based on certain kinematic variables will develop the level of achievement in high jump.
Research Fields:
Human Field: The team of the College of Basic Education, Al-Mustansiriya UniversityTemporal scope: The period from 2021/5/1 to 2021/6/12. Spatial scope: The internal hall of the College of Basic Education, Al-Mustansiriya University. An experimental method was used, and the research sample was selected from the team of the College of Basic Education, Al-Mustansiriya University. The results of the tests proved the validity of the training program followed in the research and its effectiveness in influencing the variables under study. It was recommended to adopt exercises based on some kinematic variables to improve the high jump performance prepared earlier.
