Recreational kinetic therapy curriculum, Accompanied by music, Self-confidence, And muscular endurance, For womenAbstract
The research aimed to develop a diverse psychomotor recreational curriculum accompanied by music to enhance self-confidence and muscular endurance in women. The researchers found statistically significant differences between the pre-test and post-test results for some psychological variables in both the experimental and control groups within the research sample. The second chapter included theoretical and similar studies that revolved around several axes, including: the psychological approach, the motor approach, recreation, musical rhythm, self-confidence, muscular endurance, and similar studies. The third chapter included the research procedures, where the researchers used the experimental method on a sample of working women aged 35-45 years, randomly dividing the sample into two groups: an experimental group. And another control group consisting of (10) women per group. The psychomotor method was applied to the experimental group, while the control group applied the method specific to the sports coach, with (24) training units for each group after conducting a pilot experiment. The researchers processed the pre- and post-test results using appropriate statistical methods to achieve accurate results. Then, the research results were extracted using the statistical software package s.
