Job stability and its relationship with administrative creativity among sports supervisors in the Directorate of Youth and Sports / Dhi Qar Governorate

The importance of the research lies in understanding the relationship between job stability and administrative creativity among sports supervisors in the Directorate of Youth and Sports in Dhi Qar Governorate. The research aimed to:
1. Identify the level of job stability among sports supervisors in the Directorate of Youth and Sports in Dhi Qar Governorate.
2. Identify the level of administrative creativity among sports supervisors in the Directorate of Youth and Sports in Dhi Qar Governorate.
3. Identify the relationship between job stability and administrative creativity among sports supervisors in Dhi Qar Governorate. The researcher hypothesized the following: There is a significant correlation between job stability and administrative creativity among sports supervisors in Dhi Qar Governorate.The researcher used the descriptive method with a correlational approach due to its suitability for the nature and objectives of this study. The study sample included 25 sports supervisors specializing in physical education at the Youth and Sports Directorate in Dhi Qar Governorate. Job stability and administrative creativity were measured using the job stability and administrative creativity scales. One of the most important conclusions reached by the researcher is that there is a significant correlation between job stability and administrative creativity among sports supervisors at the Youth and Sports Directorate in Dhi Qar Governorate. Based on the results of the study, the researcher concluded the following:
1. Sports supervisors at the Youth and Sports Directorate in Dhi Qar Governorate have job stability.The sports supervisors in the Directorate of Youth and Sports in Dhi Qar Governorate have administrative creativity. There is a significant correlation between job stability and administrative creativity among the sports supervisors in the Directorate of Youth and Sports in Dhi Qar Governorate. Based on the conclusions reached by the researcher, the following recommendations are made:
1. Enhancing job stability for educational supervisors in general and sports supervisors in particular in Iraq by meeting their needs and requirements.
2. Enhancing administrative creativity among educational supervisors in general and sports supervisors in particular in Iraq by holding seminars in various management fields and developing their creative sense.
