Abstract

Coaches must give importance to vision by incorporating exercises in training units that work on improving performance on the field and during play to reduce mistakes made during ball possession. Hence, the importance of research in discovering exercises and tests that enhance players' ability to improve perceptual speed and field vision, thereby directing movements and skills to achieve their goals and preventing easy loss of the ball during possession. The research objectives included:

1. Preparing compound exercises for the speed of perception and field of vision for young football players.

2. Identifying the impact of compound exercises for the speed of perception and field of vision on the performance of the passing skill in football and the speed of perception.

3. Identifying the rates of development for the researched variables. The researchers hypothesized the following: -There are statistically significant differences between the pre-test and post-test results for the variables under study among the research sample members, in favor of the post-tests.

-There are varying levels of development between the pre-test and post-test results for the variables under study among the research sample members. The research was conducted on a sample consisting of (10) young players from the Al-Khalis Sports Club, constituting 40% of the original research population of 25 players, using the experimental method by comparing the pre-test and post-test results for the variables under study. The researchers have concluded the following:

1. The compound exercises prepared by the researchers proved effective in developing the speed of perception and field of vision among the research sample individuals.

2. There is an effective impact of the compound exercises used in developing the passing skill among the research sample individuals, with varying degrees.
