Sports and physical exercises are considered means and methods of physical and psychological treatment through their educational, rehabilitation, and training programs. The need for individuals to acquire good physical fitness accompanied by optimal health has become vital in our current era. Research and scientific studies have proven the importance of physical activity for women and their health, and the design of specialized curricula aimed at improving muscle tone to prevent conditions like depression during pregnancy and postpartum, among others. Studies unequivocally confirm the significant role of rehabilitative physical exercises in improving psychological conditions and alleviating postpartum depression or depression. The postpartum or "melancholic (gloomy) motherhood" is a temporary condition that occurs in women after childbirth. Therefore, it is essential to have (physical and psychological rehabilitation programs) to support women during this stage. The researchers decided to study this issue by preparing a (physical and psychological) program to reduce postpartum depression in women aged (25-30) years and to attempt to find appropriate solutions that contribute to alleviating postpartum depression cases. The aim of the research was to prepare a (physical and psychological) program to rehabilitate postpartum women from psychological depression and to identify the impact of the prepared (physical and psychological) program in reducing postpartum depression among the research sample. The researchers used the experimental method of a single group with pre-test and post-test due to its suitability for the nature of the research, as the research community consisted of 80 women. The research sample was intentionally selected from women aged between 25-30 years, due to their exposure to postnatal depression (PND), and the number of participants was 8 women. Those who did not meet the health criteria were excluded. The necessary medical examinations were conducted by a specialist in obstetrics and gynecology and public health to ensure the safety of the final research sample and to confirm the absence of any obstacles to physical activity. The rehabilitation program was implemented, lasting for 12 weeks with 3 rehabilitation sessions. To adapt the research sample using auxiliary tools, and after obtaining the raw results, they were statistically processed. The researchers concluded that the physical-psychological approach had a significant and positive impact on a noticeable change in the depression scale for the research sample. The researchers recommend the necessity of paying attention to the physical-psychological approach for pregnant women after childbirth and making it a priority for specialists in effectively guiding women, whether at home or in rehabilitation centers.
