The importance of the research lies in revealing the impact of high-intensity interval training on developing certain elements of physical fitness among participants, with the aim of providing scientific information, facts, and precise indicators of these effects. This can assist those working in the field of sports training and support the information extracted regarding the impact on physical and health fitness. The researchers believe that the effective and active use of exercise as a method for physical balance is what prompted them to consider this study to understand the impact of high-intensity interval training on the physical condition of women aged 25-30 years in developing certain elements of physical fitness. The goal of the research is to prepare high-intensity interval training exercises to develop some elements of physical fitness.For female participants in sports halls aged 25-30 years, and to identify the impact of high-intensity interval training on developing certain elements of physical fitness for female participants in sports halls aged 25-30 years. The researchers used the experimental method with an equivalent group design due to its suitability for the nature of the research problem. The research population was determined intentionally and consisted of female participants in sports halls aged 25-30 years. A research sample of 16 participants was selected, and 2 participants were excluded for the pilot study. The research sample was divided into two groups (experimental and control), with 5 participants in each group.The training program, which lasted for 8 weeks with 3 training units, was applied using the continuous training method to assess its suitability for the participants with the help of auxiliary tools. After obtaining the results, they were processed, and the researchers concluded that the high-intensity interval training exercises prepared by the researchers had an impact on developing some elements of physical fitness among the participants in the sports halls. The researchers recommend the necessity of focusing on high-intensity interval training and working on developing training programs that rely on these exercises in sports halls due to their importance in developing elements of physical fitness.
