The research consists of four chapters, with the first chapter including the introduction, its importance, and the research problem. The research problem was centered around making the learner an active part of the educational process and a central figure by activating cognitive processes, inquiry, analysis, information search, linking previous concepts with new ones, and forming conceptual relationships between the learner's cognitive structure to achieve a high level of learning. There is a clear neglect of educational models and modern methods in teaching swimming. The research objectives included identifying the impact of using the Barman model in acquiring skill performance in freestyle swimming. The research hypotheses included the absence of significant differences at the 0.05 significance level in the pre- and post-test results between the experimental group and the control group in acquiring skill performance. In freestyle swimming. As for the second chapter, the researchers used the experimental method due to its suitability for the nature of the problem. The research community and sample were determined intentionally, consisting of 20 students from the specialized swimming school. Four were excluded as they were part of the exploratory sample, leaving eight for the experimental sample and eight for the control sample. The third chapter included the presentation, analysis, and discussion of the results reached by the researchers, supported by scientific sources that confirm the results. The fourth chapter consisted of conclusions and recommendations, where the researcher concluded the effectiveness of the Barman model in acquiring swimming skill performance.Freestyle swimming for ages 8-10 years. The researcher also concluded that the educational units prepared by the researcher have a positive impact on learning freestyle swimming for ages 8-10 years. As for the recommendations, the researchers recommend the necessity of using the Barman educational model in acquiring the skill performance of freestyle swimming for ages 8-10 years in teaching other age groups. The researchers also recommend the necessity of using the Barman model in teaching other sports activities (basketball, volleyball, fencing, and other sports activities).
