Abstract

Through scientific research and studies, coaches have adopted modern scientific methods to achieve high performance. The study used the experimental method on a sample of 110m hurdles runners in Baghdad (4 runners). The results showed that resistance band training had a significant positive effect on improving speed strength and endurance strength, which impacted the achievement time.
