Abstract

The research procedures included addressing teaching methods, including the part method, in the accuracy of performing volleyball skills, specifically the skills of receiving the serve and defending the court in volleyball. The researcher focused on this method due to its importance in learning skills for the sample individuals of female students as a scientific basis needed by the student during the skill learning stage for basic volleyball skills, including the skills of receiving the serve and defending the court in volleyball. Accordingly, the teaching strategy methods according to learning styles, including the part method, and its transfer to the learner and methods of receiving learning principles for volleyball skills, including the skills under study, which included a sample of female students from Al-Adhamiya Preparatory School for Girls. This method helps the learner to think and analyze situations and expands the learning circle by breaking down the skill into stages during learning while considering individual differences among learners, which makes the learning process clearer and more understandable for the learner. The research addressed the effect of the teaching strategy using the part method to learn the skills under study for the sample individuals according to the research objectives and hypotheses using such a learning method. The researcher concluded that the part method effectively influenced the learning process according to the learning strategy for the two skills under study. The researcher also recommended that using such a learning method plays an effective and influential role in developing the volleyball skills under study and using other methods for different activities and samples.
