Abstract

Exercise in general imparts agility to the body and improves health, as well as resisting the onset of diseases and delaying the appearance of aging. Physical activity is a fundamental and important factor in an individual's health from physical, psychological, and mental perspectives. It has also become practiced by all age groups and both genders, as it significantly contributes to maintaining an individual's health and protecting them from many injuries and diseases. Engaging in physical activity is the process through which an individual acquires physical, mental, and psychological abilities. Additionally, a lack of physical activity leads to increased physical and mental burdens and psychological pressures in a person's life. Therefore, the researchers decided to study this problem by preparing physical exercises to rehabilitate the trunk muscles afterPostpartum for women aged 25-30 years and trying to find appropriate solutions that contribute to the rehabilitation of trunk and abdominal muscles, especially through stretching and strengthening exercises, and eliminating postpartum abdominal muscle sagging. The research aims to prepare specific exercises for the rehabilitation of trunk muscles for women aged 25-30 years among the research sample and to identify the impact of the prepared physical program on the rehabilitation of trunk muscles postpartum among the research sample. The researchers used the experimental method for a single group with pre-test and post-test due to its suitability for the nature of the research, as the research community consisted of 80 women, and the research sample was intentionally selected from women whoTheir ages range between 25-30 years, and they have trunk muscle sagging. There are 8 women in total, and those who did not meet the health specifications were excluded. Necessary medical examinations were conducted by a specialist in gynecology, obstetrics, and general health to ensure the final research sample's safety and to confirm the absence of any obstacles to physical activity. A rehabilitation program lasting 12 weeks was implemented, consisting of 3 rehabilitation sessions per week. The program included exercises to strengthen trunk and body muscles, walking, flexibility, agility, and static balance exercises.And the moving, breathing exercises to suit the research sample using assistive tools, and after obtaining the statistical results. The researchers concluded that the physical regimen significantly and positively affected the tangible changes that were addressed in the physical abilities of the research sample. The researchers recommend the necessity of focusing on the physical regimen for pregnant women after childbirth and making it a priority for specialists in the actual guidance of women, even at home.
