Abstract

The importance of the research lies in identifying the role of job stability in organizational creativity among workers in sports activities at the University of Diyala. The research aimed to recognize the relationship between job stability and organizational creativity. The researchers used the descriptive method with a correlational approach, as it suits the nature and objectives of this study. The study sample included (30) workers in sports activities at the University of Diyala. Job stability and organizational creativity were measured using the job stability and organizational creativity scales. Among the most important conclusions reached by the researchers is that there is a significant correlation between job stability and organizational creativity among workers in sports activities at the University of Diyala. As for the most important recommendations, there is a significant correlation between job stability and organizational creativity among workers in sports activities at the University of Diyala during.
